Shipping Policy

Our shipping times are Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00pm anything received after 12:00 pm pacific standard time on a business day is shipped the next business day.  For example, if we received your order on friday at 12:01pm your order will be shipped the following Monday. Most if not all Chrome Hearts orders are shipped via FedEx using adult signature with the full order amount 100% insured.  You should receive a confirmation email and/or text message confirmation after you've placed your order and when your order has been successfully delivered.  We are not responsible for any issues with the shipping and delivery of your order and will only file an insurance claim/investigation request on your behalf.

Transit times should be posted before checkout.  

For international orders the import duty clearance fee is not calculated at checkout. Depending on which country you are from, there is a nominal fee to clear duty clearance.
